The brief
Give investors direct, asset-backed access to vetted real-estate opportunities, and make a long-horizon product feel trustworthy on the first screen.
What I did
Built the platform end to end — investor onboarding, offer pages, and the payout views — on SvelteKit with a PHP service layer and a typed data contract between them.
Outcome
Live at asterra.estate, carrying real investor traffic with a fast first paint and a flow that holds up on mobile.
